This type of thing needs a re think by Matalan.

He was extremely rude to my mother and did not know his store policy for a refund. And told her she had done the damage herself extremely unprofessional we will not be using this store anymore my family or my friends he should be fired.

When we got home, one of the jackets stitching was out and it was damaged. So my wife returned it to try to exchange it, and he was very disrespectful.. Insinuating.that She damaged the item. herself absolutely horrendous. We called head office and they say thire policy is to A refund or store credit because It was a manufactural fault.. As the item was brand new. I will be taking this matter further. Going to head office with a complaint about this manager in Staines, very disrespectful..
